All models in the PowerBlock range come with a 15-year distributors warranty which applies to home use or fully supervised light commercial use such as Personal Training or Physiotherapy.  The Flex U-90 Club Set is also warrantied for 3 years in commercial gym or unsupervised light commercial environments.

This warranty is limited with the following conditions:

• Warranty is restricted to the original owner of the product and proof of purchase from an official Powerblock retailer or onseller must be available.
• Limited 15-year warranty on weights, frame and handle assembly, for the first 15 years from date of purchase. If the weight plates, handle assembly or frame should crack or break, it will be repaired or replaced in the first instance by the retailer from whom it was purchased who will have the parts replaced on the next planned shipment by the European distributor
• If the following parts are defective in material or workmanship, the European distributor will supply to the retailer replacement parts, weight selector pins, hand grips, foam wrist supports, colour bands, other parts not listed
• Conditions and Exceptions:
• Any product misuse, abuse or alternation, any attempt to repair, by a person other than an authorised manufacturer’s service engineer, any improper assembly, accident or any condition resulting from occurrences beyond the European distributor’s control will void this warranty (e.g. dropping your PowerBlock Dumbbells)
• Chipping, peeling and scratching of paint or Urethane coating and/or colour bands is not covered in this warranty
• Refer to the care and maintenance sheet supplied with the dumbbells for specific examples of actions that would void the European distributor’s warranty
•   Replacement and Repair Expenses:
• The European distributor will provide only replacement parts or repair under this warranty and will ship goods to the retailer who originally purchased the products 
• The consumer is responsible for all other costs and could include, but are not limited to: labour charges, shipping, delivery and handling charges for returning the part to the European distributor, incidental costs relating to the installation of the replacement part
•  If shipping by the consumer is deemed necessary (at sole discretion of manufacturer) parts should be shipped in their original carton or equivalent packaging, fully insured and prepaid and the European distributor will not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage occurred on shipping

• Name of retailer product was purchased from
• Date of purchase
• Description of the nature of the problem
•   This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, you may also have other consumer rights, depending on the country in which you live
• All implied warranties except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, shall have no greater duration than the warranty period set out above
• No other expressed warranty has been made or will be made on behalf of The European Distributor with respect to any other product
• The European Distributor shall not be responsible for injury, inconvenience, loss or damage to personal property, whether direct or indirect and incidental or consequential damages
