Choose from two different optional stands that will store the Sport 2.4 or Sport 5.0 dumbbells at the correct height for safe and effective training. Both stands are suitable for either model:
Sport 9.0 Dumbbells
The Sport 9.0 is a component dumbbell system, offering the user the opportunity to expand the set, as strength training needs change. With a different inner core handle to the 2.4 and 5.0 models, Sport 9.0 Stage I Set has two 1kg ‘adder weights’ that slot inside the handle for micro-incremental training in steps of 1kg per hand to fine-tune workouts for maximum versatility.
Stage I
At its Stage I point, the Sport 9.0 set is equal to and replaces the need for, 16 pairs of traditional fixed-weight dumbbells. Weight range is 1kg-22.5kg with increments per hand of:
Stage II
When you purchase the additional Stage II Kit, the Sport 9.0 expands to accommodate an extra 12 pairs of dumbbells, giving the following additional weight increments:
Stage III
Finally the Stage III Kit will expand the Sport 9.0 model to 59kg per hand with a further 9 pairs of dumbbells to enable the following additional weight increments:
At its full size, the Sport 9.0 dumbbell system has a weight range of 1kg-59kg, which is equal to and replaces the need for 37 pairs of traditional fixed-weight dumbbells.
Optional Stand
Whether you purchase the Sport 9.0 in its Stage I, II or III options, the optional Column Stand shown here will store them at the correct height for a safe and effective workout. It has a central storage area for the 1kg adder weights when not required inside the core handle.
